The Executive Director, Labor and Employee Relations is a strategic advisor and thought partner responsible for formulating a labor and employee relations strategy that supports the agency’s mission and vision. The Executive Director will design and execute state-of-the-art programs and systems that focus on excellence in employee and labor relations products and services for approximately 45,000 employees. The incumbent executes the duties and responsibilities via a team of approximately 130 employees and forecasts and executes a $23.2M budget.
1. Experience overseeing and setting, executing, and adjusting, as applicable, the strategic direction for a large, complex national labor relations program.
