As part of your job, you will be responsible for the economic, legally compliant, sustainable operation of the building in accordance with the requirements of the users.

• Optimum alignment of building operation
• Ensuring compliance, tracking and rectifying defects
• Service management in building operations
• Risk management
• Building condition monitoring and initiation of projects
• Incident and crisis management in the event of acute malfunctions and insurance claims
• Budget planning, monitoring and reporting
• Functional influence beyond the area directly responsible - financially and operationally - as a group function
• Technical and disciplinary leadership and further development of the team
