Astonjet Limited is seeking a qualified Captain on Cessna Citation Latitude (C68A). As captain, you are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft. The ideal candidate will need to be a standout flight crew while seeking excellence in every aspect of his/her performance. Operating in a high-end market, interpersonal skills and exceptional service and commercial awareness are essential. Act as leader of the crew, fostering a synergistic, professional, and healthy team atmosphere. Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the crew’s duties to ensure: Delegate tasks as appropriate to qualified and authorized crew members while retaining full command responsibility. Be fully responsible for the safety of all crew members and passengers and efficient operation of the aircraft in all phases of operation Ensure full compliance with Astonjet Limited Company policies and Flight Operations procedures Represent Astonjet Limited with professionalism at all times. Actively promote Astonjet Limited Safety Culture and the use of the Centrik Safety Reporting Tool in a just culture environment. Report all accidents, incidents, and occurrences to the Safety Manager in a timely manner, making best use of Centrik. Lead by example in safety, compliance, and professionalism.
