Provide professional piloting services on the Company’s jet to ensure all charter operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable regulations. Monitor, assess, and report on B737-8 aircraft performance to support Engineering teams in troubleshooting, maintenance, and achieving optimal aircraft performance. Deliver expert operational advice to clients regarding B737-8 aircraft support to ensure safe, reliable, and timely flight operations. Minimum flight time on type/model/variant: 50 hours. Proficient in computer applications relevant to flight operations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships and work effectively in a diverse environment. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Medically fit and able to pass required health examinations. Willing to enter into a bond agreement in accordance with Company requirements Willing to work on a RON (Remain Overnight) schedule, particularly in the Papua region (Eastern Indonesia).
