We believe that mission success does not start with the mission itself. It begins with our people. We are recruiting for a BN2T Captain to safely operate Special Mission flights in accordance with Company SHE standards, risk assessments, and all applicable UK and international aviation regulations. The Captain is ultimately responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft, the safety of all crew, passengers and cargo, and for compliance with the Operations Manuals, checklists and operating minima. This includes full command authority from signing the Technical Log, decision‑making on aircraft serviceability (including MEL), weather, mass and balance, performance, fuelling, icing procedures, and acceptance of passengers and cargo. The role requires strong leadership, situational awareness, and professionalism, ensuring aircraft security, disciplined cockpit operations, accurate completion of flight and post‑flight documentation, and safe supervision of ground handling where engineering support is unavailable. In emergency situations, the Captain is empowered to take any action necessary in the interest of safety and may apply increased safety margins where required.
