We offer a Direct Entry Captain position on the A320 fleet in Copenhagen, with the option to choose between a 100% full-time contract or a flexible 83.3% part-time agreement.The 83.3% option operates on a seasonal flying pattern, with 100% rostering during the summer and December, and 50–75% during the rest of the year. Starting salary: 75 493 DKK per month (100%) or 62 861 DKK per month (83.3%) Career opportunities, including progression to A330/A350, or roles within Training and Management EASA ATPL(A), CPL(A), or MPL ( Non‑Scandinavian EASA licenses accepted, but must be converted before course start) 4,000+ hours Total Time2,000+ hours on jet aircraft or high‑speed turboprops1,000+ hours PIC on aircraft with MTOW above 55.0TExperience with winter operations All requirements must be fully met, and all licenses valid at the time of application.
